Lumineer approached us with a clear and exciting opportunity: to evolve their branding into something that felt as unique as their approach to property management. As a bespoke company known for their heartwarming, human-first ethos, they wanted their identity to reflect the care and personal touch they bring to every property they manage.
While their previous branding served them well, they were ready for something softer, more welcoming, and unmistakably theirs—an identity that would resonate with their values and stand out with grace.
Process
To bring this vision to life, we turned to our signature 4-step design process. It all began with a collaborative workshop to uncover Lumineer’s unique ethos and aspirations, ensuring we captured the heart of their story. Next, we conducted market research to identify opportunities for differentiation, setting the stage for a distinctive identity.
Armed with these insights, we created a responsive logo, refined typography, and curated colour palette to reflect their welcoming approach.
Testing is now underway to ensure the new identity not only meets but exceeds their expectations, paving the way for a seamless implementation.
Impact
Though the project is still in progress, the early results are highly encouraging. The new logo exudes a softer, more inviting charm, beautifully capturing Lumineer’s approachable and human-centric nature. The refreshed colour palette strikes a perfect balance between familiarity and vibrancy, adding a sense of renewal.
Typography with refined edges enhances both readability and warmth, ensuring every detail reflects their ethos. This evolving rebrand is already shaping up to position Lumineer as a standout in a competitive market, all while staying true to the heart of who they are.
